Beautiful OCEAN-VIEW from the entire upstairs living area which has newly-refinished beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and from the downstairs PORCH which is perfect for lemonade and sweet tea during the day, and playing cards in the evening enjoying the beach breezes!
After the short walk back from the beach, enjoy the ENORMOUS BEAUTIFULLY-TILED OUTDOOR SHOWER before you sit out on the new downstairs porch in the rocking chairs and watch the sunset over the Atlantic while the kids play in the large yard.
North Myrtle Beach is the perfect destination, close to all the activities of the Grand Strand yet far enough away from the hustle and congestion of downtown Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach has miles of pristine beaches, almost limitless golf with 120 Golf courses within close proximity, boating, fishing, dining, and shopping. The world-famous Barefoot Landing shopping & dining destination is only 1.5 miles South, plus further dining options are available at Restaurant Row less than 5 minutes south.
There is an outlet shopping center and the Colonial Mall just 3 miles south. The infamous Broadway at the Beach is less than 15 minutes away. Within walking distance are numerous souvenir shops, golf stores, and places to eat.

Additional Information
Rentals are Saturday-Saturday unless daily rates are quoted. A mandatory $150 cleaning fee will be added to each reservation.
PETS allowed with prior written consent of owners, with additional $125 non-refundable deposit used for carpet-cleaning and flea-prevention.
LINENS: Linen Rentals available for $20.00/set for each of the first two sets. Additional sets are available for $17.50/set. (Each set includes 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 4 towels, and 2 washcloths).
DEPOSIT: A $200.00 Security Deposit is required for each reservation. Refunds will be mailed within one month of check-out. All units are checked after each occupancy.
RESERVATIONS: A $500 deposit is required within 14 days after booking to confirm your reservation; reservations will automatically be cancelled if not received within 14 days. Final balance MUST be paid in full 2 months before Check-In.
CANCELLATIONS: Guests must cancel with at least a 60-day notice (prior to arrival date) to receive any rental refund. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of $150.00.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES::
Check-Out is 10:00am. Late Check-Outs are subject to a $25.00/hour late fee. Check-In is at 3 p.m.
