Visit wonderful Floridian attractions such as the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and the Universal Studios for fun-packed vacations. Believe us, you can access any of these destination including Island of Adventures, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach in minutes. World renowned golf courses are within a 15 minutes driving distance and the most popular beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico are less than an hour drive from our Davenport executive vacation villa.
Relax in the patio with south west facing heated pool and spa after a hard day at attractions. The pool area has a child safety fence and it is enclosed in a net cage to keep the insects at bay. We provide recliner chairs with ottoman, a small table and pool toys to enhance your pleasure.
You can also access the amenities of a community club house from our villa. It boasts a community swimming pool, community outdoor tub and community charcoal barbecue and a computer room with many computers. There is a nice picnic area, a soccer goal and small field adjacent to the club house.
This Davenport villa features a living room with 32"LCD HDTV and other facilities such as DVD for your entertainment. There is a game room with professional pool table, soft foam floors, and a stroller in the garage. You will find two master bedrooms with luxurious beds and memory foam mattress, a queen bedroom with queen size bed, two kids bedrooms with two twin beds and an office/den with a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench and two video rocker chairs in our villa.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.
Less than 5 night rentals will have a cleaning fee of $95 added to the total cost.
Pool heat is additional at $25/day.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due immediately to secure the reservation.
Final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $300, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, or costs incurred, to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance.
