The Guest Bedroom on the main level features a rich rustic theme with queen iron pillow top bed, full-size closet and adjoining bathroom.

o The Guest Bedroom on the lower level offers a fun western Cowboy décor with queen log pillow top bed, full-size closet and adjoining bathroom.

o Not one but TWO (2) magnificent fieldstone fireplaces (with remote control). One in Great Room and Game Room/Media Center.

o Dining Room has generous seating for 8 plus bar stools adjacent to the fieldstone laid breakfast bar.

o The Game Room/Media Center offers a regulation, pecan pool table, LCD flat panel television and with a BOSE Home Theater System and Play Station 2, and large stone fireplace.

o Each television has separate satellite controls.

o Fully equipped Kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite sink, and custom cabinets.

o Three decks that provide unobstructed mountain views with ample seating (rocking chairs, bistro table, etc) and a premium stainless steel grill.

o Washer/dryer on the main level.

o Long private drive and generous parking available.

Check-in time is 3:00p.m. and check-out is 10:00 am

$200 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.

The full rental fee is due 30 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by PayPal, personal check, travelers cheques, money orders, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard or cash.

Last-minute bookings may be available, however the full rent and security deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the same as for regular bookings.

At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period.

Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.

Single night bookings may be available with a surcharge.

NO PETS are permitted.

NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.

Policies (these apply in most cases but vary based on length of stay and quantity of guests)

A $200 security deposit should be mailed at time of booking. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property. Your dates will not be reserved until the deposit is received.

The full rental fee is due 4 weeks before the day of your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, cash or credit card through PayPal (PayPal charges 2.9% for this convenience)

We will give a full refund for cancellation 45 or more days before the first rental day. Cancellation 30-45 days before the first rental day will forfeit the security deposit, but the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the first rental day will forfeit 50% of the rental fee or $200 (whichever is greater), but the security deposit will be refunded. Cancellation less than 15 days before the first rental day will forfeit 100% of the rental fee, but the security deposit will be refunded. If we can re-rent your cancelled dates we will gladly refund your deposit and rental fee. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
