High Season - January 1 through August 31: $2195/wk
Christmas & New Years are $2695/wk
Add $150 per week for each additional guest exceeding six. Minimum rental period is 1 week. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your arrival. Fully refundable with 60 days notice. A separate $300 refundable security deposit is required with final payment
