- How do I get my property to place at the top of a search?
- Appearing at the top of a search results page helps get your rental booked more frequently!
Premier Package listings appear at or near the top of all searches! This can drive even more potential renters to your property page and can easily pay for itself! The Featured listing will put your property on the home page, and any regional pages, if applicable. The optimal package offered would be the Premier Package purchased along with the additional "Featured Listing" option. Many times this drives a few extra bookings in which case it more than covers the cost! See our price page for more information.

--- Last Updated: Mar 28, 2008- Do I need to know HTML to have a nice web page?
- No, you do not need to know HTML to have a nice web page for your property. Weve done all the work; all you have to do is fill out a simple form for your property.
--- Last Updated: Feb 18, 2008 - How do I link to my R2R listing from my own property website?
To link to your property page from your website, you would use the URL of your property page shown in the URL window of the browser when you are on the Rentals2Remember website. You would create an external link in your webpage using this URL. You can also link your website to the Owners listing by including your website URL in the register form. Please note that we do not permit linkage to a site we deem our competition, such as another vacation rental site.
--- Last Updated: Mar 28, 2008- Can I display more than 4 images?
- The Deluxe listing allows up to 4 photos. However, to display more photos, you would need to upgrade to a higher paid package (Luxury and Luxury Plus up to 10 photos, and Premier for up to 15 photos). The difference between the "Luxury" Package, and the "Luxury Plus" Package is that the "Luxury Plus" package has Premier placement. The Premier package also puts your rental at the top of the search results, but allows up to 15 photos. The Featured listing features your property on the home page and is an added option with any paid package (Luxury, Luxury Plus or Premier).

- The following general guidelines are written to help you better understand intellectual property laws as they relate to your use of Rentals2Remember.com. A copyright protects original work of authorship such as a picture/photograph, drawing, graphics, software program, written work, sculpture, song, or photograph. Copyright law prevents you from copying anothers copyrighted work for any purpose, making things based on the copyrighted work, distributing copies of the copyrighted work, publicly performing the copyrighted work, displaying the copyrighted work, and in the case of sound recordings, transmitting the recording over the internet or in another media. In a nutshell, copyright law protects the expression of ones idea. Frequently Asked Questions If it does not have a copyright notice, it is ok to use. NOT REALLY. Almost all works are protected by copyright, even if they do not have a copyright notice. Therefore, you should assume that you need to obtain permission to use any material that you did not create. Its on the internet, so it is ok to use it. FALSE. Simply because an image is found on the Net does not mean that it is in the public domain. Unless the author of the work has explicitly stated that his work is "public domain" or that the copyright has expired because the work is very old, then you must assume it is not. Further, a person who posts an image on the Net and claims that you are free to use may not have had the right to post the image in the first place. Thus, your use of the image may violate the rights of the actual copyright owner. It is Fair Use. PROBABLY NOT. Fair use of a work for the purposes of a sale is treated very differently than for informative purposes or for commentary. In general, a claim of fair use of a work when it is used for sale will not hold up in court, especially if the sell is for profit. The First Amendment protects my freedom of speech, so I can use whatever images I want. FALSE. Freedom of speech is a constitutional protection that guarantees that the government will not oppress your right to self-expression. It does not give you the right to use intellectual property of another to sell or distribute merchandise.
